Getting Started

The Web of Science Usage Reporting System gives you usage statistics for products to which your institution subscribes. To get started, sign into the Web of Science website (if you are not already signed in), and under Tools, click Usage Reports.

If you have access to view usage for a single institution, when you click the Usage Reports link, the Report Selection page opens. If you have access to multiple institutions, when you click Usage Reports, the Account Search page opens, and you can click the desired institution to open the Report Selection page.

Viewing Reports

1. On the Report Selection page, click the title of the report you want to view.
2. Choose the report settings and click Submit.
3. To save, print, or export report data to a spreadsheet, select one of the download options from Download data as.
