About Usage Reports
The Web of Science Usage Reporting system provides complete usage statistics for how your institution uses the products within its subscription. The following is a list of the types of reports you can access and export.
| COUNTER Release 5 | Three reports comply with COUNTER Code of Practice for Release 5. These reports contain usage data starting from October 2019. |
| COUNTER Release 4 | Three reports comply with COUNTER Code of Practice for Release 4. We will continue to include these reports through 2020. |
| Database Use Reports | You can customize the following database usage reports: All Databases, MultiProduct Reports, and Single Product Reports. |
| Supplemental Reports | View supplemental usage statistics for activities not covered by COUNTER-compliant reports. Supplemental reports include statistics for alerting, open access use, links to full text, and more. |
For reports that comply with COUNTER Release 4 and Release 5, there are COUNTER-compliant versions of the reports and customizable views of the same data.
